Not open at 9 am as google reports but as we got there at 9:15 and told the management about the incorrect web information you would think they'd let us in couple minutes early. Nope, just had me stand outside with my infant until 9:30. Used the gift card I got and never coming back to this overpriced rude establishment. Many products were placed out of reach and were missing price signs. I had a coupon for $2 off and when I didn't see it come up at the register I asked the cashier if she had scanned it, she replied yes. Of course after I see the receipt, it was not. I was too fed up with the entire experience to argue with her and left hoping never to set foot there again!!!

My husband and I went to Buy Buy Baby to register this past weekend on 7/10. I wanted to go early to avoid the crowds and ensure we would not be overwhelmed and thankfully it was an overall pleasant experience. Did a good amount of research beforehand and made sure to finish Baby Bargains (excellent book BTW) and had quite a few things highlighted. Was slightly annoyed when we walked in and were waiting to register. High expectations aside, but I thought someone would sit down with us and register us online and go through the motions of showing us the low down. (Very much like how Bed, Bath and Beyond does it for a wedding registry). The individual I spoke to (maybe for 5 mins) told me to do everything online. As in, you download the app, and use your phone as a scanner. Let's skip ahead to the positives. First and foremost a VERY big shout out to Tobin C. Quite the gentleman who was running around like a crazy person but helped my husband and I with car seats, carriers and strollers. Beyond knowledgeable and let us know all we needed to and provided some truly valuable information. This store will ABSOLUTELY lose out when Tobin goes back to college in a few months. Second shout out needs to go to Erika (with a K). Lovely young lady who gave us the rundown in the furniture and matress section. Beyond personable and easy to speak to she gave us samples to look at and even jumped on the computer to help us with a few items we were having trouble scanning. Here's one of the best parts!! You can call Buy Buy Baby before you go and make an appointment. That way someone will be with you one on one and go over all the bells and whistles. (This was what I had envisioned when we were walked into the store). Lastly, I'd like to thank Sandy for also helping in the furniture section. She provided great insight and shared experiences to some of her own feelings/opinions which absolutely helps. My husband and I are always willing to listen to those who know more and can provide valid feedback. Job well done to these three individuals who absolutely deserve credit! Thank you for making our FIRST experience at Buy Buy Baby with our first soon to be born. Will absolutely go back!

Did some shopping for my grandsons 2nd birthday. Employee Beth at the checkouts was so helpful and pleasant. Its so refreshing to see employees smile and interact with the customer while checking them out. I did have some big items with a 20% off one item. Beth helped me get an additional coupon from BBB that I could use. So very nice to even take the time to help your customers save money. Great customer service! This is the way all employees should treat customers. Thank you again Beth... Great customer service!

Horribly slow lines, employees don't care if you're waiting, act annoyed when they finally open a new register. All their merchandise is overpriced crap anyway. Go to babies r us instead.
